This interview was created to support a workshop for the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario called Learning in the Early Years. Kimberly Bezaire (George Brown College) shares her thoughts on a variety of topics from the workshop, in order to provide participants with further opportunities to expand their thinking. The Facilitators’ Guide is provided for educator teams, individual teachers and occasional teachers, designated early childhood educators and teacher leaders to use as a guide for discussions related to the video.
